Have a question?  That's ok - most people do.  Here are the answers to the common questions we receive. 
 

 
Q: How do DecoLetters work?
A: DecoLetters are made of self-adhesive vinyl that are applied to walls and other flat surfaces.  They arrive at your door ready for application.  The thickness of your decoletters is roughly the same as two or three coats of paint.
 
 
Q: Will they work on any surface?
A: DecoLetters will stick on your smooth or lightly textured walls.  You can also get creative and apply them on glass, wood, plastic, and smooth metal.  They will not work on stucco, concrete, brick, or other rough or porous surfaces.

Q: Will my DecoLettering be easy to apply?
A: Yes!  Each order comes with detailed instructions on applying your DecoLettering. 
 
 
Q: What if I decide to redecorate in the future?  Is my DecoLettering removable?
A: Yes!  While your DecoLettering is designed to last 5-7 years, it is also removable.  When it is time to redecorate, simply start at one corner with your fingernail or tweezers and pull the decolettering off the wall.  A blow dryer can also be used to warm up the decolettering for easier removal.  You will not be able to re-use the decolettering once it has been removed.
 
 
Q: Are any special tools required?
A: While no special tools are required, there are a few tools that will make the application easier.  It is recommended to have a level, blue painter's tape, a pencil, and a small squeegee (or credit card) handy.
 
 
Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: DecoLetters are processed when payment is received.  If paying by check via PayPal, payment typically takes about a week to clear.  Once payment is received, orders typically ship out on the following business day via USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail.
 
 
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Payments are processed via PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your decoletters, but a confirmed address is required for shipment.
 
 
Q: How is shipping and sales tax calculated?
A: Orders will ship anywhere in the continental United States for $4.95.  All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Sales tax is charged for all CA orders at a rate of 7.25%.
